Backblaze Computer Backup may report that it is offline or that it has not backed up in a long time even if your computer can connect to the Internet. This is likely caused by a firewall issue.

Note
Backblaze does not recommend that you permanently disable your firewall. If, after you disable your firewall, Backblaze begins to properly function, work with your firewall vendor to permit only Backblaze to access the Internet while the firewall is enabled.
