Resolve Antivirus Issues

You may need to exclude Backblaze Computer Backup from some anti-virus programs, even if they are set to disabled because it continues to block Backblaze processes. To resolve this issue, you must add Backblaze to the list of exclusions for these security programs. The following links can help you with that process:

• McAfee

If you excluded Backblaze from all of your security programs and you are still offline, contact Backblaze support.
