Send Logs to Backblaze (Windows)

You may need to send logs to Backblaze Support so they can help troubleshoot an issue with Backblaze Computer Backup on your Windows computer.

1. Press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard, and click the Backblaze icon in the tray at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select Send logs to Backblaze.
3. Select I agree, and click Send logs.

A message is displayed if your logs are successfully sent to Backblaze.
