Create a System Information Report (Windows)

A Backblaze Support agent may request a system report if you have an issue on your Windows computer. A system report is a file that contains technical specifications about your computer. This can help the agent identify the cause of the issue that you are experiencing. You can generate a system report from the System Information program on your Windows computer.

Generate System Information

1. Click the Start menu, and select Run.
2. Enter msinfo32, and click OK.
3. On the System Information screen, click File and click Export.
4. Save the file as SystemInfo.txt.
5. Send this file to the Support agent.
