Restore Apple Books

If you use the Apple Books application on your Mac computer, the information that is used by the application is stored in a specific location on your computer. This data is typically backed up by Backblaze Computer Backup, and you can recover these files from your online backup like any other files.

1. Sign in to the Backblaze web console..
2. In the left navigation menu under Computer Backup, and click View/Restore Files.
3. Select a restore method.
4. Scroll to the file viewer at the bottom of the page, and click through the following path to locate your Apple Books data: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books.
5. Select the folder, and click Continue with Restore.
6. Drag the files from the restore that you created to the appropriate folder on your computer.
7. Open Apple Books to verify whether all of the data was restored correctly.
