Resolve Empty Files After a Restore (Windows)

If you unzip a Backblaze Computer Backup restore with the built-in Windows unzip utility, you may see empty, invalid, or 0 KB files. The best way to resolve this issue is to use an alternate unzipping tool.

Backblaze Downloader

Backblaze recommends that you use the Backblaze Downloader application.
