If you manage a Backblaze Computer Backup account for a group of users, a user may report that Computer Backup is asking for a password when they run the custom installer.
- Delete all Computer Backup installers from your computer and the user's computer.
- Download the latest version of Computer Backup.
- Send the installer to the user.
- If the installer still asks the user for account credentials, download the installer using a different web browser.
