    If you manage a Backblaze Computer Backup account for a group of users, a user may report that Computer Backup is asking for a password when they run the custom installer.

    1. Delete all Computer Backup installers from your computer and the user's computer.
    2. Download the latest version of Computer Backup.
    3. Send the installer to the user.
    4. If the installer still asks the user for account credentials, download the installer using a different web browser.
