An unfinished large file is a file that has not been completely uploaded to your bucket. This can sometimes cause the overview of a bucket to display as a larger size than what is shown in the bucket's contents. Use the following steps to locate the unfinished large files in your account.
- Sign in to your Backblaze account.
- In the left navigation menu under B2 Cloud Storage, click Buckets.
- For the bucket that contains your uploaded large files, click Unfinished Large Files.
A dialog box is displayed that specifies the number of unfinished large files in the bucket and the overall size of all of the unfinished large files in the bucket. - To delete the unfinished large files in the bucket, click You can delete unfinished large files on the Browse Files page.
- Select the unfinished large files, and click Delete.
