    Article summary

An unfinished large file is a file that has not been completely uploaded to your bucket. This can sometimes cause the overview of a bucket to display as a larger size than what is shown in the bucket's contents. Use the following steps to locate the unfinished large files in your account.

    1. Sign in to your Backblaze account.
    2. In the left navigation menu under B2 Cloud Storage, click Buckets.
    3. For the bucket that contains your uploaded large files, click Unfinished Large Files.
A dialog box is displayed that specifies the number of unfinished large files in the bucket and the overall size of all of the unfinished large files in the bucket.
    4. To delete the unfinished large files in the bucket, click You can delete unfinished large files on the Browse Files page.
    5. Select the unfinished large files, and click Delete.

For more information, see Effortlessly Managing Unfinished Large File Uploads with B2 Cloud Storage.
