Send Logs to Backblaze (Mac)

You may need to send logs to Backblaze Support so they can help troubleshoot an issue with Backblaze Computer Backup on your Mac computer.

Send Logs to Support

1. Press and hold the Option key on your keyboard, and click the Backblaze icon in your top menu bar.
2. Select Send logs to Backblaze.
3. On the confirmation screen, select I agree and click Send logs.

A message is displayed if your logs are successfully sent to Backblaze.
