If you do not receive two-factor verification (2FV) codes when you attempt to sign in to the Backblaze web console, click Resend Link on the sign-in page. This action resends the code using an alternate SMS service provider. This typically resolves most delivery issues.
If the 2FV SMS is still not working, or the registered phone number is inaccessible, contact Backblaze Support.
