      Resolve the Fish Error

        You might receive an error message with the word fish when you run the Backblaze Computer Backup installer. This is usually caused by a temporary interruption in your internet connection, or your security software may be interfering with the installation.

        1. Restart your computer.
        2. Wait a few minutes, and run the installer again.
        3. If the issue persists, temporarily disable security software on your computer.
        4. Run the installer again.
        5. If this does not resolve the error, contact Backblaze Support.
        6. If this does resolve the error, you can re-enable your security software.

        If the issue reoccurs, check the settings in your security software to ensure that it will not interfere with the normal operation of Computer Backup.
