If you have trouble using the Backblaze iOS mobile app, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Turn off the app's "Remember My Login Info" setting.
- Force the app to close using the App Switcher, and open the app again.
- Delete the app, then locate the app in the App Store and install it again.
- Restart your iOS device.

- The model of your device (for example, iPhone 14, or iPhone 15 Pro Max)

- The approximate location where you are using the device (for example, your city and country).
- The type of network you were using when you encountered the issue (for example, cellular, Wi-Fi, or both).
