Resolve a Bzbui Error

You might receive the following message on your computer: Bzbui is not working properly. This indicates that security software on your computer (such as a firewall or antivirus software) is interfering with Backblaze Computer Backup.

1. Restart your computer.
2. Wait a few minutes, and run the installer.
3. If the issue persists, temporarily disable security software on your computer.
   • Disable a Firewall
   • Resolve Antivirus Issues
4. Run the installer again.
5. If this does not resolve the error, contact Backblaze Support.
6. If this does resolve the error, you can re-enable your security software.

If the issue reoccurs, check the settings in your security software to ensure that it will not interfere with the normal operation of Computer Backup.
