Move a Group Member

You can move a user from one group to another group. For example, if a group member now uses Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage, but their existing group covers only Backblaze Computer Backup, you can move the member to a group that includes Backblaze B2 permissions.

As long as the user is added to a group in a timely manner, their data is not affected.

Remove a Member to Move them to a New Group

1. Sign in to your Backblaze account.
2. In the left navigation menu under Business Groups, click Users/Computers.
3. Click the silhouette next to the member's name, and select Remove from Group.
   Optionally, you can ask the member to Leave the Group.
4. Invite the member to the new group.
