    Relink MSP360 Backups After a Cloud to Backblaze B2 Migration

    If you are an MSP360 customer who used a cloud migration tool, such as Flexify.IO, to move your data into Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage, you can sync your migrated cloud backup repository to your existing MSP360 backup files.

    Before you begin: You must already have the following information:

    Add a Storage Account

    1. Sign in to MSP360.
    2. Click(menu), and select Add Storage Account.
    3. Select Backblaze B2 (S3 Compatible) as the storage provider.
    4. Configure Backblaze B2 account settings.
      1. Enter a name for your storage.
      2. Enter your keyID as the account ID.
      3. Enter your applicationKey as the application key.
      4. Enter the S3 endpoint URL as the service point.
      5. Select the bucket that stores your MSP360 data.
      6. Click OK.

    Synchronize a Repository

    1. Select the Tools tab, and click Options.
    2. Select the Repository tab, and click Synchronize Repository.
    3. Select your storage location in the Account field.
    4. Click Synchronize Now.
      The repository automatically updates.
    5. When the update is finished, click Close.

    You can create a new backup plan using the new Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage location. The progress that you made with your previous storage provider will be recognized, and you can pick up your backup jobs where you left them.
