    Article summary

    You can use the Backblaze web console to change your existing Backblaze Computer Backup billing to a new credit card. You can also view your past transactions.

    This article is for customers who are not a member of a Group. For information about changing Group billing, click here.

    Update Billing

    1. Sign in to the Backblaze web console.
    2. In the user menu in the upper-right corner of the page, select Billing.
    3. Click Update Payment Method.
    4. Enter your payment details.
    5. Click Update Payment Method.

    View Transactions

    1. Sign in to the Backblaze web console.
    2. In the user menu in the upper-right corner of the page, select Billing.
    3. Select the tab for your service.
    4. Under Transactions, select the desired year.
    5. To print an invoice, select Print YTD Transactions.
