You may encounter the following error message when you log in to the Backblaze web console:
"There was an issue fetching your account, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact support."
Resolve the Fetching Error
- Ensure that you correctly entered the email address that is associated with your Computer Backup account.
- Ensure that you are not logging in during Backblaze's scheduled maintenance period.
- Disable any VPN or network security software on your computer.
- Log in using a different browser, network, or device.
If you completed all of these steps, and you still experience this error, contact Backblaze support.
