      Locate a userPub File for Troubleshooting (Mac)

        A userPub.pem file is unique to each computer backup. You may need to provide this file to the Backblaze Support team to troubleshoot your account.

        Locate a userPub.pem File

        1. Press Command+Shift+G on your keyboard to open the Go to Folder dialog.
        2. Enter /Library/Backblaze.bzpkg/userPub.pem in the field, and click Go or press Enter depending on your OS version.
          A dialog is displayed and lists the contents of the Backblaze.bzpkg package.
        3. Locate and select the userPub.pem file in the package.
        4. Double-click the file or click Open depending on your OS version.
